The motto of Presbyterian Women is ‘Living for Jesus’ with the statement ‘Presbyterian Women encourages women to become disciples of Christ’. Our PW provides women with the opportunity to meet together in the Lord’s name for spiritual growth and fellowship. We also encourage one another in friendship and support in times of challenge. We reach out with the love of Jesus to support people from all over the world through our annual fundraising.
The leader, Mrs Lorraine Brown, and committee create a varied programme for the ladies, with speakers on a range of topics and practical activities such as patchworking and candle making. We also love a good natter over a cup of tea or a meal out together.
We meet on the fourth Tuesday evening of the month at 8.00pm in the church hall.
