If you child will be enrolled in Holiday Bible Club/Youth Week and in other programmes 2023/24, you can now download the multi-purpose parental consent form here. Please complete one form for each child (one covers all programmes that your child is involved in), print off and give to the leader in charge of GB, BB, Ignite, J Club, Mix or Creche.
